As part of your job, you would also be responsible for loading and unloading your delivery truck, checking inventory levels, and maintaining an accurate account of sales and deliveries
The Delivery Route Driver is positioned to ensure customers receive top quality products and exceptional service on assigned routes. This is achievable by distributing and selling products, establishing and nurturing customer relations, and guaranteeing product availability at accounts. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver provides proper filling of beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors in line with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

- Maximize revenue generation for the allocated accounts by implementing product sales, setting up distribution channels, creating displays and initiating marketing campaigns.
- A typical day consists of the sale and delivery of products to predetermined customers.
- Stocking and merchandising of all accounts should meet the CCBCHC standards.
- Modify, maintain, and relocate Point of Sale advertisements as needed for each account.
- Perform daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity.
- Managing the invoicing and collection process with precision and accuracy.
- Establish connections with account representatives and provide superior customer service to each account by maintaining routine communication, resolving any issues without delay, and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Maintain a neat and organized appearance of CCBCHC equipment and products for assigned accounts.
- Keep the backroom well-organized and manage trade breakage for designated clients efficiently.
- Verify that the vehicle and its cargo meet the CCBCHC safety requirements by conducting thorough checks.
- Uphold CCBCHC's quality assurance standards across all accounts.
- Keeping the workplace secure should be a top priority.

- Take note of the products, advertising campaigns, and sales performance of your competition.
- It is imperative to comply with, adhere to, and reinforce all work procedures, guidelines, systems, and policies.

- Skillfulness in dealing with a hand-held trolley with either two or four wheels.
- Capability in handling and driving all types of forklifts and other industrial power trucks with efficiency.
- The acquisition of a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in the job is a must-have skill.
