Overview

Deliver Domino’s pizzas and store products while ensuring accurate service, order processing, and equipment operation. The role involves customer interaction, inventory management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all store equipment, including stock handling, preparation, and daily cleaning.
• Receive, process, and enter telephone orders accurately using a computer or touch screen.
• Maintain ingredient inventory, complete associated paperwork, and manage product deliveries to customers.
• Deliver product by car to doorways, including flyers and door hangers, while navigating the designated delivery area.
• Provide accurate monetary change and perform all monetary transactions correctly.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both in person and over the phone.
• Follow safety and quality control standards when handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and moving mechanical parts.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, and reaching as required for the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain (multi‑story buildings, private homes, etc.).
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accuracy with monetary transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motor coordination and ability to use keyboards, touch screens, and other in‑store devices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push loads up to 7.5 pounds, and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, and perform other routine tasks consistent with a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Lifting and carrying tasks up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling items requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climb stairs, ascend ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces during deliveries.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches, bend forward, and conduct repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Handle hot surfaces, sharp edges, and tools such as pizza cutters and peels.
