Full-Time School Cleaning Supervisor, Boise, ID

Altius Clean is hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor for a school facility in Boise, Idaho.

This is a full-time position, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. The expected schedule will likely be around 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but hours may change based on the needs of the building.

This role is for someone who can both clean and lead. The supervisor will help make sure the assigned areas are cleaned properly, the team stays on task, and the building is maintained to a high standard.

Pay:

$18 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

8 hours per day

Approximate shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Hours may vary depending on building needs

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the cleaning team during the shift
• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, entry areas, and common spaces
• Check completed work to make sure quality standards are met
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock basic supplies as needed
• Follow building procedures and cleaning checklists
• Report maintenance, safety, or staffing concerns
• Help keep the facility clean, safe, and ready for staff, students, and visitors

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience required
• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to give direction and hold standards professionally
• Comfortable working in a school environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and clean for a full shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
