PM Server/Bartender

Life is a cabaret! Can Can Culinary Cabaret is now looking for a server/bartender for our cabaret theater as well as our adjoining bistro and bar, The Dressing Room! Our unique environment in the heart of Seattle's Pike Place Market offers an opportunity to be a part of the elevated fare and libations of cabaret culture while serving the finest of ingredients our neighboring Market farming vendors have to offer. Can Can is proudly locally family-owned and operated for over 20 years in Pike Place Market!We are seeking a server/bartender who are accustomed to elevated food and drink service, and is capable of handling high volume. Willingness to work on a team, and demonstrating a vast knowledge of classic cocktails is a must. Experience with Toast handhelds is preferred, but not required.You would need to work within the approximate hours of 4-9pm on Thursday/Sunday and 4pm-12am on Friday/Saturday.
