1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Recording and reconciling daily accounting transactions (sales/purchases, expense voucher processing, bank account reconciliation, etc.)
• Maintaining the general ledger (GL) and chart of accounts
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

2. Import & Inventory Accounting

• Calculating and accounting for the landed cost (freight, customs duties, clearance fees, etc.) of imported or domestically purchased products
• Calculating and managing inventory-related Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

3. Dealer Transactions & Collection Management (Sales & AR)

• Conducting dealer credit checks and establishing lines of credit and payment terms
• Issuing invoices and managing settlements for US-based dealers
• Conducting monthly monitoring of Accounts Receivable (AR) and managing the collection of overdue accounts

4. Purchasing & Disbursement Management (AP & Payment)

• Handling disbursements and cash outflows for suppliers and general expenses
• Managing payment schedules and preparing expenditure resolutions/disbursement requests

5. Financial Reporting & Budget Management

• Preparing and reporting daily cash flow and balance statements
• Preparing monthly income statements and profitability/break-even tables for management reporting

6. Tax & Audit Support

• Preparing documentation for quarterly external accounting firm reviews and audits
• Handling communications and responding to inquiries regarding tax and accounting matters
• Managing legal registration matters, including business registration and renewals

Korean, English Bilingual Required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
