We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cycle Counter to join our team in Park City, United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system. As a Cycle Counter, you will conduct regular physical inventory counts, verify stock levels, and ensure that our records align with actual on-hand quantities. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Perform accurate physical inventory counts of products and materials according to established cycle count schedules
Record inventory data using barcode scanning systems and inventory management software
Identify and document inventory discrepancies, variances, and potential issues
Verify product quantities, locations, and conditions during counting procedures
Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate any differences
Prepare detailed cycle count reports and documentation for management review
Communicate findings and discrepancies to warehouse and inventory management teams
Maintain organized and legible records of all counting activities
Follow established inventory control procedures and company policies
Assist in resolving inventory issues and supporting corrective actions
Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems
Solid understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to read, interpret, and work with inventory reports and documentation
Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciliation tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Ability to work independently and meet established productivity standards
Physical capability to perform counting tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures
