Human Resources Operations Specialist

Providing essential support to the HR operations team, the full-time remote Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage HRIS data accuracy, coordinate regulatory reporting, and assist with system enhancements and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities Execute day-to-day HR operations tasks ensuring compliance Develop standard and ad hoc reports for HR and coordinate data for regulatory reporting Provide level I support on HR system inquiries and collaborate on system upgrades and user training Required qualifications Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience in Human Resources HRIS experience with Workday or a similar system preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills preferred Demonstrated understanding of HR procedures and employment laws
