Recycling & Facility Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dependable, organized Recycling & Facility Maintenance Manager to lead recycling, redemption, pallet, cooperage, housekeeping, and facility-support operations while serving as the day-to-day lead for facility maintenance follow-up and building readiness.

This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, organized, and operationally ready work areas across the warehouse, recycling area, offices, docks, grounds, and related support spaces. The position requires strong floor presence, vendor follow-up, documentation discipline, and the ability to drive accountability across people, process, and facility conditions.
