Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Store Operations Manager to lead our team! This position offers an hourly rate between $20.50 - $20.75, dependent on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive pay rate, we provide excellent benefits, including:

As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establishing and maintaining exceptional guest services.
• Controlling expenses effectively.
• Managing shrink, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Overseeing staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store.

To qualify for this role, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Please note that this position may require:

• 8 hours of standing/walking
• Climbing ladders
• Setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
