Project Manager – Plumbing Construction
Salary: $85,000- $105,000 (DOE) + PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + 401(k) + Medical Benefits + Vehicle

An excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager, to join a leading plumbing contractor in the Carolina’s.

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will be a key member in the Construction team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing job progress and job site inspections, overseeing job budgets, and negotiating material prices and ensuring that materials are purchased + delivered.

The role:
- Oversee each job assigned.
- Oversee job budgets.
- Negotiate material prices with vendors.
- Make regular job site inspections.
The Person:
- Experience in the construction industry, preferable in plumbing or mechanical.
- Experience as a Project Manager.
- US Work Authorization
- A Valid Driving License.
