POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing support to the InSight Office Manager in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Management Salesforce system project (InSight Office) as well as trains new and current InSight Business Analysts. As a manager of the Business Analyst team, the focus is more on technical document development, helping capture and drive system enhancements through the proper release cadence, improves Business Analyst’s skill sets, production testing support and enforcing data quality and security.
