Salary: $16.75/Hour Minimum
Bargaining Unit (click here for contracts): Teamsters Contract
Report Times: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Daily Hours: 8.5 (8 paid)
Work Year: 12 month

Minimum Requirements
There are no education or experience qualifications for this position.
Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge of building cleaning procedures, materials and equipment
Working knowledge of cleaning agents and proper applications
Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
Ability to complete general cleaning tasks, move boxes and furniture, operate machinery used to maintain floors
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Daily attendance is expected
Position Summary/Responsibilities
Wash, clean, dust, sanitize, mop, vacuum, and perform minor repairs within the school building
Perform maintenance on quarry, terrazzo and wood flooring
Strip and finish resilient tile floors
Extract and shampoo carpets; perform spot removal
Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal
Other duties as assigned
