Building Laborer

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of building our modular commercial hotels and/or apartment complexes for all Western States.

Responsibilities

Help with the installation of basic building components such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision. Operate basic construction hand and power equipment and tools, always adhering to safety guidelines and help keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in a factory-controlled environment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
