Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a part-time position and does not include a benefits package at this time. Strong potential for the role to grow into a full-time position with benefits based on performance and business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with precision
Act as a gatekeeper of the CEO's time - prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Screen incoming calls and communications, handling or redirecting as appropriate
Monitor, review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
Attend meetings alongside the CEO as needed
Capture detailed meeting notes and translate them into clear, actionable follow-ups
Track action items and ensure timely completion across various team members and third parties
Assist with business development initiatives and follow-through on key action items
Support execution of strategic priorities by coordinating tasks and deliverables
Meet regularly with the CEO to align on priorities, progress, and upcoming needs
Help structure and maintain the CEO's daily and weekly routines
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to improve efficiency
Provide occasional support to other executives as required

Education & Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, calendar, and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace, Otter, ChatGPT, etc.)
Must obtain a negative drug test result prior to hire and maintain throughout the term of employment
Must pass a background screening and complete a credit check prior to hire
Independent, self-managed professional with comprehensive knowledge of the sitework or construction industry preferred
Must have valid SC Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout the workday
Must pass a three (3) year Motor Vehicle Record check prior to hire
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasional periods of time in your vehicle to complete errands / tasks / transport
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
