Job Title: Full-Time Groundskeeper / Landscaper
Location: Northern, CO
Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to manage the exterior maintenance of several residential, business, and rental properties in the Boulder, Larimer and Weld county area. If you take pride in your work and want consistent hours keeping our properties looking pristine, we want to hear from you.
Scope of Work
- Turf Care – Mowing, grass cutting, edging, and string trimming.
- Vegetation Management – Weed control (hand pulling and spraying) and managing overgrowth.
- Tree & Shrub Care – Routine tree trimming, pruning, and clearing low-hanging or dead branches.
- Equipment Maintenance – Safely operating and performing basic preventative maintenance on mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or lawn maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (transporting equipment between properties is required).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various Colorado weather conditions.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.
