Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator

This role involves promoting an excellent customer experience by leading a team at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service, and promoting loyalty programs.

• Creates positive customer interactions and maintains store organization.
• Trains and mentors associates on customer service and store procedures.
• Supports POS coverage, addresses customer concerns, and ensures tasks are prioritized.
• Communicates effectively with team and management, providing feedback and recognition.
• Promotes safety, store policies, and shrink reduction efforts.
• Requires flexible schedule, retail and leadership experience, strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
