Build‑A‑Plumber Overview
Build‑A‑Plumber is a training program with Morris‑Jenkins to develop Drain Technicians. No plumbing experience is required. Pay during training starts at $18/hr.
Classes begin April27,2026.
Responsibilities
Attend classroom and lab training sessions.
Ride along with technicians on service calls.
Perform basic plumbing duties such as installing garbage disposals, faucets, and clearing drains from bathtubs, showers, and sewer mains.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Qualifications
No prior plumbing experience required.
Valid driver’s license with at least 3years of driving history and acceptable background record.
Clean drug screen results.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Commitment to company values.
Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
Good with tools and able to use hand equipment.
