Must be:

• Able to work nights and weekends.*

• Be able to sit for long periods of time and walk short distances.
• Must be able to work with 2-way radios.
• Work with multiple screens and programs and be able to switch between them with ease.
• Be able to de-escalate situations.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations.
• Must be able to handle the pressure of working with a high volume of calls.
• Read, understand, and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing.
• Constant mental alertness and attention to detail are required while setting priorities and following up on assignments.
• Must possess strong, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Must always be able to provide and maintain a professional level of customer service. - Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Must be able to frequently prepare reports and logs; required computer skills. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Must have a good knowledge of how to use Word, Excel, and Google Drive.

• 8-10 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends
