Director Practice Management

Perform tasks to provide timely and successful management for Deming Clinic Corporation. This position oversees all aspects of the management for Deming Clinic Corporation to include, but not limited to, personnel, A/R, A/P, credentialing, strategic planning, inventory, cost efficiency, scheduling, recruiting, training, HIPAA, and compliance. This position reports to the CEO. Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care. Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.
