EHR Medical Billing Support

New position available for Medical Billing Support in an established yet growing medical software company in South Tulsa. You will provide ongoing system support, train clients, and work with clients to ensure they are satisfied and properly utilizing the software. No traveling included.

Job duties include

• Support and train clients on the billing software
• Assist clients with claim rejections
• Assist clients with ERA processes and coordinate with clearinghouse
• Moderate data entry
• Troubleshooting billing software issues as reported by clients

Skills Requirements:

• Billing experience with electronic claims, e-posting and working rejected claims
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Computer savvy and quick learner of computer software programs
• Good customer service skills
• Typing skills for moderate data entry
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Clearinghouse experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
