Auto Body Painter – High Volume Production Shop

Join One of the Busiest Production Paint Shops in the Area

We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. If you're an efficient painter who enjoys spraying instead of spending all day on prep work, we'd like to talk with you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation

We offer flexible pay options based on your experience and preferred work style:

• Competitive hourly wage, or
• Flagged (flat-rate) hours for experienced, high-volume painters who want to maximize their earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Paint approximately 3-4 vehicles per day
• Match colors and blend panels to OEM-quality standards
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoat/clearcoat, and single-stage finishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient paint booth
• Perform final quality inspections before vehicles move to reassembly

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive refinishing experience
• Previous experience in a high-volume collision or production paint shop
• Strong understanding of:
• Single-stage paint systems
• Basecoat/clearcoat (two-stage) systems
• Metallic and pearl color application
• Blending techniques and color matching
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining production goals
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
