To expand market presence across Arizona, Texas, Florida, and remote locations, the full-time SLED Account Manager will develop new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships within State, Local Government, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector organizations, focusing on consultative sales of UCaaS and critical communication solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory growth strategy targeting SLED, Healthcare, and Public Sector organizations Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation Required Qualifications 5+ years of telecom, UCaaS, or cloud communication sales experience Proven experience selling into State, Local Government, Education, or Healthcare sectors Demonstrated ability to generate and close net-new business Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
