Project Manager for Banking Construction

Managing high-volume retail banking construction projects, the full-time Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, including planning, design, and execution, while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for retail banking projects Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, budgets, and schedules Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Advanced organizational skills and a sophisticated math ability for financial calculations
