Qualifications:

1.) Degree, Associates or Bachelors in Dental Hygiene

2.) One Year of year exp in last 3 years.

3.) Licensed in any state

4.) Completed Dental Hygiene program accredited by ADA

5.) Radiology Certificate

6.) ADA accredited anesthesia Certificate
