Retail Sales Associate Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full‑Time Sales Associates to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus.

Essential Duties

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.
• Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests.
• Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using the store register and adhere to checkout standards.
• Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy and safety in accordance with company consumer privacy policies.
• Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
