We are currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in sales, customer service, and account management. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will serve as a key connection between customers and our telecommunications clients, helping customers find solutions that fit their needs while supporting long-term client growth.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:

• Engage directly with customers to educate them on available telecommunications products, services, and promotions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and professional communication.
• Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, upgrades, and service-related questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that provide value and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with fellow team members and leadership to achieve sales and account management goals.
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and professional development.
• Support client acquisition and retention initiatives through consistent customer engagement.
