Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Oakdale, CA
Assignment: 7/6/2026 – 10/30/2026
Pay: $30–$35/hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Note: Schedule may vary based on business needs. Flexibility required.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping, material flow
- )Supervise, train, and coach warehouse staf
- fEnsure safety compliance, GMP adherence, and safe equipment use (including forklifts
- )Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolutio
- nEnforce FEFO (First Expired, First Out) processe
- sCoordinate materials to support production and meet operational goal
- sMonitor workflow efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiative
- sCreate schedules and maintain shift coverag
- eTrack performance (safety, quality, productivity, cost, waste
- )Communicate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain team
- sSupport labor planning, equipment monitoring, and issue resolutio
n
Qualificatio
- nsHigh school diploma or GED requir
- ed3–5+ years of warehouse and inventory experien
- ce3–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experien
- ceExperience in food manufacturing or union environments preferr
- edStrong knowledge of inventory systems (SAP/ERP preferre
- d)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel require
- d)Understanding of lean warehouse process
