Location: 515 Michelin Rd, Greenville

Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Full-Time)

Position Overview

Are you a reliable early bird with an eye for detail and a knack for guiding others? We are seeking a Janitorial Lead Cleaner (Section Lead) to join our team in Greenville. In this role, you will balance daily cleaning responsibilities with a leadership mindset, ensuring your assigned section meets our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency—all before most people have even finished lunch.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
• Quality Control: Check behind teams of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and according to the project scope.
• Team Support: Assist supervisors by guiding team members and tackling other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience required. Previous leadership or inspection experience is a plus.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and supervisors.
