We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and friendly team member to join our growing team.

Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $13.00 per hour
• Performance-based raises with the opportunity to earn up to $18.00 per hour
• Raises are based on attendance, punctuality, customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, reliability, and overall job performance.
• Opportunities for advancement into leadership positions as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Help customers find the right products and answer questions.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Verify customer IDs and comply with all federal, state, and local age verification laws.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive inventory and help organize stock.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable learning about tobacco, vape, cigar, hookah, and smoking accessories.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
