Being a customer care representative also involves performing administrative tasks such as logging customer interactions, updating customer records, and creating reports for management

Engaging in effective customer service for both internal and external customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is the main responsibility of the Customer Care Representative, who is a valued member of the Business Support Services Team. Tasked with utilizing a deep understanding of Company products and programs, as well as the knowledge of team members within the Business Support Services Department to achieve this goal. The Customer Care Representative is also responsible for dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers, and answering incoming calls.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for directing calls to the appropriate personnel and maintaining smooth communication within the organization.
  • Tracking the progress of sales and service calls, from the initial request to the final resolution, is a critical part of our business.
  • Follow the daily schedule and operate lobby and office windows accordingly.
  • Cordially welcome clients and guests, establish their wants, connect with the right team members, and guide the customer/visitor towards the correct contact, unit, or section.
  • Facilitate the daily check processing and scanning procedures.
  • Facilitate the processing of service tickets in relation to process equipment, and manage equipment additions, removals, and transfers.
  • Process walk-in sales.
  • Prioritize incoming mail and ensure delivery to the intended individuals; organize and manage the distribution of fax messages.
  • Use our in-house mailing system or work with outside carriers such as USPS and Fed Ex to prepare outgoing mail.
  • Ensure that all voided invoices and their corresponding voided payments are accounted for and reconciled.
  • Effectively Managing Operations' Purchase Orders and Returnable Packaging Requests.
  • Facilitate the distribution of orders to the various warehouses owned by the company.
  • Stock up on stationery supplies, including business cards, ink, and other office essentials, for Sales Centers.
  • The job is to coordinate the procurement and allocation of uniforms while following set parameters.
  • Verify that all donations match the requirements stated in the donation procedure.
  • Armada Coffee sets a high benchmark for quality, with beans sourced from across the globe and roasted to perfection.
  • The backup for a vault teller is trained to identify and resolve discrepancies in cash handling and reporting.
  • Handle paperwork and other administrative duties for numerous departments of the enterprise.
  • When conversing with colleagues, managers, or other stakeholders, it's crucial to maintain decorum and present a professional demeanor.
  • Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures in your work.
