Security Officer (On-Call/Flex) - Seattle | Veterans & Future LE Encouraged

Sound Security Group is hiring on-call and flex Security Professionals (SPs) for Seattle retail locations. We're a Puget Sound-based security company built on real training, real accountability, and people who take the work seriously.

Pay: $24-$28/hr DOE, plus a guaranteed $100/day on-call premium. You earn $100 just for being available, even if we don't call you in. If we do call you in, it offsets against hours worked.

Disciplined, professional, and reliable. Strong fit if you're former military, current Guard/Reserve, or pursuing a career in law enforcement. We invest in people who take the work seriously.

Day to day:

• Maintain a visible, professional presence at client locations
• Address loitering, trespassing, and safety hazards
• Respond to medical incidents until EMS arrives
• Log daily activity and complete incident reports

Requirements:

• 18+, HS diploma or equivalent
• Able to obtain a WA guard card and pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Prior military, security, LE, or strong customer service background
• No visible tattoos on face, hands, or neck
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods
