Headquartered in Jacksonville, the business has expanded nationally and continues to grow through repeat client relationships across distribution, warehouse, and light industrial sectors.
Job Description
- Manage full project lifecycle from precon to completion
- Coordinate with estimating, field, and client teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Lead client communication and project delivery
- Support multiple projects across renovation and TI work

The Successful Applicant
- Design-build experience strongly preferred
- Stable career history with strong tenure
- Background with reputable general contractors
- Strong client-facing and project delivery skills
