Senior HVAC Technician

We're hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician in Pittsburgh, PA with experience in residential heating and cooling systems. If you have expert installation and repair skills and want a salaried career with a supportive crew, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00/hour Full-Time + Uncapped Commission

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (mostly West Mifflin and surrounding areas) Only local candidates in the greater Pittsburgh area will be considered.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally +7 years of HVAC experience. Residential experience a plus.
• Expert Diagnosticians Skills: You can handle complex problems with furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning units and can delegate work to junior techs when needed.
• Revenue Leader: You provide system replacement recommendations to customers when necessary because you know when a unit is beyond its life, not because you have a quota.
• Mentor: You are willing to assist in training our Junior Techs to maintain our high standards.

Requirements:

• Credentials: EPA Universal Certification required. NATE or specialized Boiler certifications are a major plus (and we will pay for you to get more).
• Valid driver's license.
