BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKER/MENTAL HEALTH WORKER II

Responsible for proper implementation of the treatment plan and evaluates symptoms and progress at Family Services within children's After School Alternatives Program. Provides therapeutic support to outpatient therapist and to children and families as required. Responsible for implementing the daily schedule of activities. Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening.
