Delta Security Services is seeking responsible and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. Guards will provide a visible presence to deter unwanted activity, report safety or security concerns, and respond to incidents as needed. Patrol & Surveillance:
Remain alert and observant throughout the shift
Check for open doors, broken gates, lights out, and other issues that may compromise security
Customer Service & Communication:
Provide professional customer service to residents, visitors, employees, or vendors
Complete accurate written reports at the end of each shift and after any incident
Follow all site-specific post orders and company protocols
Site Monitoring & Safety:
Observe and report maintenance or safety issues such as broken lighting, leaking water, or hazardous conditions
Valid unarmed security guard license (Arizona Guard Card)
High school diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation and a working phone
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
