Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong transactional real estate experience and the ability to manage commercial closings from start to finish.
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support a busy real estate practice in a stable, professional, and collegial office environment. This is a strong opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other transaction parties while contributing to sophisticated commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate closings from start to finish, including transaction coordination, document preparation, closing logistics, and post-closing follow-up.
- Draft, review, proofread, and organize commercial real estate transaction documents, correspondence, closing statements, and related legal materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel, and other parties to keep transactions moving efficiently.
- Review title commitments, surveys, due diligence materials, closing checklists, and other real estate transaction documentation.
- Maintain organized transaction files, calendars, deadlines, and closing deliverables in accordance with law firm processes and procedures.
- Support attorneys with research, document management, and administrative tasks related to commercial real estate matters.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Work arrangement: In office only, no remote option.
- Location: Orlando, FL.
