Recruiting- IT Recruiters

Archon Resources is growing its OKC IT team and is looking to add a Recruiter to support an expanding pipeline of IT and technical roles. This person will work closely with the OKC Business Development Manager and focus on delivering qualified, well‑vetted candidates to active client needs across the Oklahoma market.

This is a hands‑on recruiting role for someone who enjoys ownership, relationship‑building, and working real job orders, not just filling activity metrics.

Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire roles

Partner closely with the OKC BDM to understand client needs and hiring priorities

Maintain accurate notes and activity within the ATS

Build and maintain a long‑term pipeline of local IT talent

Recruiting experience preferred, especially in IT or technical roles

Local market knowledge is a plus, but not required
