ESS is seeking seasonal Janitors to join their team at the Alaska Railroad Janitorial site in Anchorage. This role involves maintaining clean and orderly facilities, supporting a safe environment for all. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a professional team. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to perform heavy cleaning duties (floors, rugs, walls, glass, rubbish removal)
• Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 pm - 6:30 am, 5 days on/2 days off)
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and infection control plans
• Physical ability to move equipment and furniture
• Professionalism and teamwork
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and county guidelines
• Ability to pass a drug screening (ESS maintains a drug-free workplace)
