Housekeeper / Porter - Condominium Community

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Porter to join our team at a well-maintained condominium community in North Miami. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and maintenance of the property's common areas, including:

• Laundry room
• Garbage room
• Breezeways
• Stairwells
• Parking garage
• Pool deck
• Capri Room
• All interior and exterior common areas

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting surfaces and fixtures
• Wiping down doors, railings, walls, and other common touchpoints
• Picking up paper, litter, and debris throughout the property
• Emptying trash receptacles as needed
• Removing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walkways
• Deodorizing common areas and maintaining a fresh environment
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Assisting with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
