Key Responsibilities
Review, assess, and action user-generated content reported on the social media platform in Spanish, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
Identify, investigate, and escalate potentially harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam across social media channels.
Analyse patterns of suspicious or malicious account behaviour, coordinated inauthentic activity, and emerging threats to social media platform integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional trust and safety teams to refine content moderation workflows and contribute to ongoing policy development discussions.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation of content decisions, ensuring audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.
Monitor trending topics, viral content, and breaking news within Spanish-speaking communities to proactively assess reputational and safety risks on the platform.
Respond to user appeals and account reinstatement requests in Spanish, delivering empathetic and policy-aligned resolutions in a professional manner.
Participate in regular calibration sessions, training updates, and quality assurance reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy across the moderation team.
