Opti Staffing Group is partnering locally owned and operated fabrication shop with a strong reputation for quality work and developing their team. Weld and fabricate parts to specifications

Measure, cut, grind, and finish metal materials

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Monday–Thursday (three‑day weekend)

Hands‑on experience in a trade (construction, shop, mechanical, etc.)

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
