Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in respiratory care, with experience across various clinical settings including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care environments.

Contract Job Details:

• PRN (1 shift per week minimum) self schedule
• 13 weeks + contract extensions
• LTACH Inpatient Rehab Hospital
• $46/HR
• Paid every Friday
• BLS, ACLS Required

RRT Requirements:

• 2 years RRT Experience
• Hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS
• IL RT License

Experience

• Proven experience working within hospital environments such as ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Level I or Level II trauma centers, or emergency departments.
• Demonstrated expertise in critical care scenarios including ventilator management, airway procedures, and cardiac arrest emergency response.
• Knowledge of advanced airway management techniques and neonatal resuscitation procedures is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent patient assessment skills and technical proficiency in acute care settings.
