What you’ll do

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout the Houston area
  • Follow up consistently with leads, past clients, and prospects
  • Host open houses and participate in client events
  • Generate new business through networking, prospecting, social media, and relationship building
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations and present market/CMA information
  • Negotiate contracts and guide transactions from contract to closing
  • Build and promote your personal brand while leveraging the Cloud Team Realty platform and marketing resources

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Houston area
  • Positive, professional attitude and appearance
  • Commitment to consistent lead follow‑up and pipeline management

Highly Preferred

  • 2+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Experience hosting open houses and working online leads
  • Experience using a CRM to manage leads, tasks, and transactions
  • Track record of closed transactions or a strong sales background
