About the Role Our client, a well-established commercial real estate firm, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the **Grand Rapids, Michigan** area. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financial management, and physical maintenance of commercial assets, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
