Join the team of Occupational Therapists around the South Lake Suburbs.
Work Type: Full‑time preferred (part‑time considered).
Salary Guide: $90,000 – $120,000 + Super + Bonus.
You’ll work with a mixed NDIS caseload, with particular demand from paediatric and teen clients (often Autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation needs). There is scope to shape your caseload based on interest: 80% interest area / 20% clinic demand.
Responsibilities
Expect a caseload that includes:
- Common presentations:
Autism, ADHD, sensory processing, emotional regulation, functional capacity needs, and everyday participation goals.
- Some clients with higher‑risk presentations, supported appropriately (no expectation to take high risk unless you’re comfortable and competent).
- A steady stream of new referrals (the clinic is growing quickly).
Qualifications & Skills
We need an Occupational Therapist who is NDIS‑competent and can operate independently with report writing and planning. Highly regardable experience includes:
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs).
- Bonus skills: SDA, Assistive (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Home Mods.
- Strong clinical judgement and confidence in managing a varied caseload with new referrals.
Support & Resources
- Admin team of 3: handles client onboarding and administrative tasks, keeping your calendar open so you choose session structure.
- 5 KPI/day, flexible hours – want a Friday off? Fine if KPIs are met across the week.
- Monthly bonus incentives if you exceed KPI targets.
- Travel reimbursement $0.99/km (claim full kilometres).
- Phone and laptop provided.
- Dual‑screen set‑up at the clinic for every staff member.
- Clinic rooms available and paediatric resources on site.

- If clients need specific resources, the company is happy to purchase what’s required.
Supervision & Onboarding
- First week:

- Supervision tailored to you: from frequent check‑ins to monthly, with extra support anytime needed.
