Remote Recruitment is hiring Call Centre Agents to join a UK employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. This is a 100% remote role handling inbound and outbound calls for UK customers in a supportive team environment.
Role overview
You'll spend your day on the phone helping customers, answering questions and making sure every call ends on a positive note. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, you'll feel right at home.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, professional way
Answer questions and resolve issues on the first call where possible
Log call details and update customer records accurately
Follow scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
What you'll need
Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer role
Clear, confident spoken English
Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools
A positive, resilient attitude
A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls
What's on offer
Salary of R13,000 to R16,000 per month, depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. You'll get full training, a friendly team around you, and steady work with an established UK employer from home.
