This position will support Prescott's, Inc. and will be located onsite in Monument, CO.

Are you a detail-oriented technician with a passion for precision and problem-solving? Join our team as an Optics Technician , where you'll play a critical role in restoring and optimizing surgical microscope performance. In this hands-on position, you'll analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and perform precision optical alignment of complex microscope components while ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Receives and prioritizes optical orders based on customer needs and company requirements.

Communicates with Service Writers regarding order status, expected completion timelines, and alternative solutions when required.

Locates, evaluates, and determines the repair viability of optical components for order fulfillment.

Repairs, realigns, cleans, and prepares optical components using appropriate tools while meeting OEM quality standards.

Performs and maintains quality control, including inspecting completed work, completing QC documentation, and evaluating QC procedures for continuous improvement.

Provides technical support to customers and company representatives by phone.

Assist other technicians with service and repair as required.
