Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Spanish and English, ensuring strict adherence to community standards and content policies.

Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam across social media channels.

Apply consistent, well-reasoned judgment to complex trust and safety cases, balancing user rights, platform integrity, and legal compliance within the social media environment.

Respond promptly and professionally to user reports and appeals related to content removal, account actions, and digital safety concerns submitted in Spanish.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional trust and safety teams to monitor emerging online threats, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and platform manipulation trends.

Maintain accurate documentation of reviewed content, decisions, and escalations in internal case management systems in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

Participate in regular calibration sessions, quality assurance reviews, and training updates to ensure alignment with evolving social media platform policies.

Contribute proactively to team efforts aimed at improving moderation workflows, safety tooling, and the overall health of the social media community.
