Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary students throughout the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers you the chance to make a real impact on young learners’ communication skills in a vibrant, collaborative school setting.
You’ll work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth while enjoying the support of a professional team. With a focus on an elementary school caseload, you will design and implement individualized interventions that help each child succeed academically and socially. Compensation for this contract position ranges from $45 to $50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and families to implement IEPs and document progress
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services in individual and group settings
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and ensure best practices in service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation as required
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active South Carolina SLP License
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
