A private couple is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Full-Time Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care and management of their luxury 7,000-square-foot residence in North Miami.

This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining an immaculate home while also managing the day-to-day household operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in high-end private residences and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule

This is a full-time, live-out position, working Monday through Friday with weekends off, from either 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required to accommodate the needs of the household when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Full-charge housekeeping throughout the residence
  • Daily cleaning and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness
  • Deep cleaning as needed
  • Family laundry, ironing, and garment care
  • Organizing closets, wardrobes, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Packing and unpacking for travel
  • Household organization and tidying
  • Maintain the kitchen and pantry in an organized manner
  • Order, replenish, and maintain household supplies and inventory
  • Grocery shopping and occasional household errands
  • Receive deliveries and maintain household stock
  • Coordinate and oversee household vendors, including landscapers, pool service, and other service providers
  • Ensure the home is operating smoothly and identify maintenance issues
  • Communicate with the principals regarding household needs

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of private household housekeeping experience
  • Previous experience in a luxury private residence required
  • Executive Housekeeper or House Manager experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong laundry and wardrobe management experience
  • Able to manage household vendors and service appointments
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Starts at $40-$50 per hour and includes Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, paid sick leave etc.

Start Date

Mid-August 2026, or earlier for the right candidate.
